What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the contact form and the viewing request form.
- Your name and email address, and a phone number if you add one.
- Whether you are looking to buy or rent, a preferred area and a budget, if you choose them.
- Your message and, for a viewing, the home and the preferred date and time.
- A one-way fingerprint of your connection's address, used only to limit repeated submissions.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your request, to arrange and confirm viewings, and to suggest homes that match what you told us. We do not sell your details.
What stays on your device
Saved homes and the homes you pick to compare are kept in your browser's local storage. They are not sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes them.
Analytics
If the agency enables analytics or advertising tags, they may record the pages you visit and actions such as saving a home or sending a request. List the providers you use here, with a link to each one's policy.
Who we share it with
Your details are seen by the agency's team and the service providers that host this website and its data on our behalf. We share them with a property owner or developer only when you ask us to.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and viewing records for as long as we need them to help you and to meet our record-keeping obligations, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them, by writing to the address below.
